Libris is a personal book tracking application that allows users to:

- Set and monitor reading goals
- Rate and review books
- Receive AI-powered book recommendations
- Analyze reading habits and patterns
- Export their book library data
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App, including book notes, reviews, and profile information. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Upload malicious code or content

6. AI Features
The App includes AI-powered features for book recommendations and reading analysis. These features are provided "as is" and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content. You should use your own judgment when following AI recommendations.

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Libris and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
8. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services including Supabase (data storage) and Google Gemini (AI features). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIBRIS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
